Act One Arts Lab Vendor Registration

Arts Lab Vendor Registration

Our classes run during meet-ups and co-op in Mays Landing (Monday), Freehold (Tuesdays), Carney’s Point (Wednesday), and Voorhees (Thursday).

You are welcome to take advantage of our space during non-meeting weeks, or plan in your own space at your own schedule. Below, please provide information about what you would like to offer.

How It Works

Act One Arts Lab runs from July 2026 through June 2027 and includes all three yearly showcases.

Students meet regularly throughout South Jersey while also collaborating independently with their project groups outside of meetings.

We are seeking vendors to offer exclusive, discounted, or free workshops for our students to help them prepare for their showcase.

Vendors will receive:

  • Advertising space on all Act One Arts Lab promotional materials
  • Promotions in each Well Played Enrichment newsletter
  • Vendor space at each showcase
  • Special promotion days on all Facebook groups hosted by Danielle Liguori

Showcases

Each showcase celebrates student creativity in all forms. Showcases will be held at Ashland Church in Voorhees, NJ. Participation in all showcases is not required.

Winter Showcase — December 2026

A creative winter performance and art exhibition featuring student-led productions, music, visual art, and collaborative performances.

Spring Showcase — March 2027

An energetic mid-year showcase highlighting new works, developing performers, experimental acts, and interdisciplinary projects.

Summer Showcase — June 2027

Our culminating showcase celebrating the year’s creative growth with performances, visual art displays, and collaborative productions.

FAQ

Can I teach at your classes?

You cannot teach during our monthly meeting as these are focused on getting students organized and prepared, logistically, for the showcase. You can, however, take advantage of our meeting times during weeks when we are not meeting.

What ages are your students?

The program is designed primarily for ages 5+, but all ages are welcome to participate. You can, however, limit your workshop to a different age range.

Do I have to offer a free class?

No, but offering a free class will allow you to reach more of our students and increase accessibility for our students and families.
